Sony launches Vaio T13 and T11 Ultra Book

Sony presents the VAIO T13 and T11, the company's first ultra-portable laptops designed according to Intel's Ultra Book concept. Just as the name suggests, these are lightweight at 13.3 and 11.6 inches, but not with the newly launched Ivy Bridge.
The larger Vaio T13 is based on Intel Core i3-2367M "Sandy Bridge" with integrated HD Graphics 3000. The screen is LED backlit and has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. There's 4GB of DDR3 memory, 320GB hard drive and 32 GB SSD for hybrid storage via Intel Smart Response Technology.

On the connectivity side, we have Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n wireless, USB 3.0, HDMI and VGA. There is also a webcam and card reader for SD / MMC. The computer weighs 1.6 kg with a chassis made of aluminum and magnesium. Battery life is down to nine hours.

Sony Vaio T13 and T11 will be out on the market in early June. The specifications for the smaller model of 11.6 inches is still unknown.
